Unpasteurized Blueberry Honey

This dark pungent honey has a molasses, malty flavour that is wonderful for baking who grain breads, sweetening your hot chocolate, or spreading on your morning toast. This honey is unpasteurized.

This amber colour honey has a mild fruity flavour that pairs well with yogurt, sourdough bread, or your regular morning toast! One of our favourite uses is sweetening our Earl Grey tea. This honey is unpasteurized.

This solid honey comes in our Golden Wildflower or Buckwheat flavours. You can use it on your toast or on a bagel, or even in your tea and coffee! As creamed honey doesn't drip like liquid honey, it can be spread just like butter (and it's not so messy for your kids to use!)

This honey is freshly bottled after extracting. It hasn't been reheated or filtered so you can enjoy all of the beneficial enzymes and pollen this delicate tasting honey offers. Particles and flecks of beeswax and pollen are characteristic of this fine textured honey. Crystallization is a natural process that can be expected over time. Many people prefer to spread this honey on bread, dissolve it in hot coffee or tea, or even use it in cooking and baking.
